The University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO) announces the opening of the APPLICATION FOR GRANT-IN-AID SCHOLARSHIP (USA-GIAS) PROGRAM for INCOMING 1ST YEAR STUDENT for 1st SEMESTER AY 2024-2025

A. Schedule and Timeline of Activities
Distribution of Application Form

Date: APRIL 22 – May 10, 2024
Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM
Venue: ASPO

B. Submission of Application and Complete Requirements
Date: MAY 12 – 27, 2024
Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM
Venue: ASPO

C. Interview and Screening
Date: June 1-15, 2024

D. Announcement of Qualified Applicants
Date: June 20-30, 2024

E. Orientation and Distribution of Scholarship Form
Date: 1st Batch- July 13, 2024
Date: 2nd Batch- July 20, 2024

F. Documentary Requirements

  1. Photocopy of Latest Report Card for 1st Semester A.Y. 2024-2025.
  2. Photocopy of Live Birth (NSO/PSA)
  3. Original Copy of the Certificate of Tax Exemption/ Income Tax Return of parents issued by the BIR
  4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (at least Catholic Religion)
  5. Original copy of Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest.
  6. One piece 2×2 ID picture with white background
  7. Accomplished Grant-in-Aid Scholarship Application Form (USA-ASP-F09)

G. Qualifications

  • First year college from CLASE, COC & COT.
  • Shall pass the interview to be conducted by Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO).
  • With average grade of at least 83% during her/ his Grade 12.
  1. Students for CNND & CPMT are not eligible for the said scholarship program application.
  2. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
