What are the requirements and procedures for New Tertiary Student Enrollment?

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Once the admission requirements are satisfied, the student-applicant MUST SUBMIT SCANNED/SCREENSHOT COPIES of ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS IN THE EDUSUITE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM, as follows:


Undergraduate and Graduate Student-Applicant

  • Report Card or its equivalent (undergraduate programs)

  • Transcript of Records of all courses taken/degrees earned after high school (for graduate programs)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • Certificate of Live Birth (PSA-issued for Filipino students)


Subsequently, ORIGINAL COPIES of the above enrollment requirements must be SENT VIA COURIER SERVICES or DROPBOX (to be placed in the plastic envelope and properly label it with your complete name, course, email address and mobile number).  Please address it to:

College of Law (Juris Doctor) Student-Applicant

Are you interested in becoming an Augustinian Lawyer?

 

1. Submit clear PDFs of the following documents to lawdean@usa.edu.ph (Subject: Applicant 2020-2021, surname, given name): 

 

  • Transcript of Records of all courses taken/degrees earned after high school

  • Diploma/s

  • 2×2 photo (colored)

  • Law school transcripts (for those applying to transfer to the College of Law)

Additional documents (Honorable Dismissal/ transfer credentials, etc.) will be submitted at a later date.

2. Applicant interviews will be scheduled by appointment. (The Schedule of Interview will be on June and July, 2021)

 

3. Legal Education Board (LEB) Memorandum Circular No. 76, Series of 2021 SUBJECT: SPECIAL GUIDELINES ON ADMISSION TO THE BASIC LAW PROGRAM FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022 provides: “Taking into account the persisting public health emergency situation, the implementation of Section 1 of the Legal Education Board Memorandum Circular (LEBMC) No. 57, series of 2020, or the Special Guidelines on Admission to the Basic Law Program in Academic Year 2020-2021 is extended to Academic Year (AY) 2021-2022. LEB Memorandum Order No. 7 and its related issuances on the Philippine Law School Admission Test (PhiLSAT) remain suspended for AY 2021-2022.”  

 

For similar reasons, the University of San Agustin College of Law has also waived the USA Law School Admission Test for AY 2021-2022.

    ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Step 1:  Student logs-in to www.usa.edusuite.asia portal; pays down payment and email proof of payment to enroll_dp@usa.edu.ph ;

Step 2:  From the student portal, student clicks ‘Intent to enroll’ banner, and updates the profile information;

Step 3:  Academic Records Assistant enlists the students’ courses using ADD COURSE, and verifies the students’ enlistment;

Step 5:  Student Accounts Section staff verifies the student’s proof of payment and marks the student as ‘Officially Enrolled’ in the system;

Step 6:  Student receives email notice of enrollment confirmation and views Registration Form in his/her student portal.
