To all CHED Scholars:

You are advised to report at the Accounting Office for the releasing of your CHED Scholarship grants.

CHED Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP/CSP)	September 23-27, 2024	9:00 AM – 11:00 PM  / 2:00– 4:00 PM
Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)	September 30- October 4, 2024	9:00 AM – 11:00 PM  / 2:00– 4:00 PM
Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)	October 7-11, 2024	9:00 AM – 11:00 PM  / 2:00– 4:00 PM

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING :

• Photocopy of University ID (validated) or Any Government ID ( 3 copies- short bondpaper) with 3 specimen signature signed using BLUE BALLPEN.

FOR AUTHORIZED PERSON

• SPA( Special Power of Attorney)
• Photocopy of University ID (validated) or Any Government ID ( 3 copies- short bondpaper) with 3 specimen signature signed using BLUE BALLPEN
• Photocopied ID of Authorized person.
