ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

FOR FIRST SEMESTER A.Y. 2023 – 2024

Admission for Academic Year 2023-2024

Students who have already taken the USA Admission Test can only proceed to the admission proper. 

Including graduates of the University of San Agustin from Grade 10 and Grade 12 who intends to enroll in Grade 11 and First Year College.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION

  1. Photocopy of Grade 12 report card with latest grading period for incoming 1st year college students
  2. Photocopy of Grade 10 report card with latest grading period for incoming Grade 11 learners
  3. Photocopy of PSA/NSO Live Birth Certificate
  4. Photocopy of Admission Test Result

ADMISSION PROCEDURES
LOG-IN TO ADMISSION PORTAL & ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION

  1. The OFFER LETTER includes the THREE PREFERENCES to be emailed in your respective email accounts with the attached NOTICE TO PROCEED FOR ADMISSION;
  2. You may select your CHOSEN DEGREE PROGRAM among your PREFERENCES;
  3. Once you have received the email, kindly proceed to LOG-IN VIA LINK using your USERNAME and PASSWORD that can be seen in the NOTICE TO PROCEED FOR ADMISSION;
  4. Follow the steps to complete the whole admission process;
  5. The admission process ends with CONFIRMATION and ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION which will be sent via email system.

NOTE: AFTER COMPLETING THE ADMISSION PROCEDURES, YOU MAY NOW PROCEED TO THE FIRST STEP OF THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS.

*Enrollment for incoming new students will start on June 15, 2023.

Php 3,000.00
(Non-Refundable, not included in the payment of tuition fees)

Enrollment Down Payment:
Php 4,000.00

Admission Requirements:
Foreign/International Students who seek Admission to the University shall submit the photocopy of the following requirements before he/she will be admitted to the University:

  1. Letter of intent to study in the University addressed to the Dean
  2. Notarized Affidavit of support including bank statements – duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  3. School Records – duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  4. Certificate of Live Birth- duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  5. Medical Certificate- duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  6. Police Clearance- duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  7. Photocopy of data page of passport showing data and place of birth – duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy
  8. Letter of recommendation from the last school attended (Head or Adviser)
  9. Certificate of Good Moral Character from an Augustinian Priest (*) or letter of referral from an Augustinian Priest if student is not an Augustinian graduate
  10. Personal History Statement (PHS) – duly authenticated (red ribbon) by the Home Country Philippine Embassy.
