On August 27, 2025, the CNND and CPMT community, along with esteemed academic faculties and the choir, gathered for a solemn Mass to celebrate the feast day of St. Monica at the University Chapel. The time of reflection is not only for our personal intentions, but also for the graduates preparing for the PNLE & NDLE scheduled this November 2025. We also hoped for God’s presence to be bestowed upon us, guiding each of us to our desired path this academic year and the succeeding days. As we move forward, may we discover the true definition of self-reflection, happiness, and redirection instilled in ourselves.
Fr. Generous Gonesto, OSA, stated an inspiring reflection during the Homily, “We must reflect on ourselves, brothers and sisters, what’s the purpose of taking nursing? Do we have the virtue of Nightingale? To care for the sick? And if the answer is yes, you are on the right track.”
