Admission Procedures and Requirements for 2nd Semester AY 2022-2023

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
Second Semester, AY 2022-2023
Schedule: until January 18, 2023

NEW ENTRANTS

For New First Year College, and New Graduate Studies Program:

1. Kindly go to https://usa.edusuite.asia
2. Click the New Student Registration button to register. 
3. Wait for the confirmation of registration and procedure for admission and submission of requirements.

Requirements:

1. Report Card for College (Latest grading period for Non-University of San Agustin graduate only) or Transcript of Records (Graduate Studies only)
2. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (Graduate Studies only)
3. PSA Live Birth (Non-University of San Agustin graduate)
4. Good Moral Certificate (Non-University of San Agustin graduate)
5. Pay the amount of P5, 000.00 (Admission fee=P1,000.00 nonrefundable and Enrolment downpayment=P4, 000.00) Note: The amount paid assures the applicant of admission and enrolment

Proof of payment must be sent:

For New Senior High School:

1. Kindly go to https://usa-k12.edusuite.asia 
2. Click the SHS Admissions Registration button (for Senior High School) button to register. 
3. Wait for the confirmation of registration and procedure for admission and submission of requirements.

Requirements:

1. Report Card (Latest grading period and Non-University of San Agustin graduate only)
2. PSA Live Birth (Non-University of San Agustin graduate)
3. Good Moral Certificate (Non-University of San Agustin graduate)
4. Pay the amount of P5, 000.00 (Admission fee=P1,000.00 nonrefundable and Enrolment downpayment=P4, 000.00) Note: The amount paid assures the applicant of admission and enrolment.

Proof of payment must be sent:

For New First Year, Transferee and Refresher of Juris Doctor (Bachelor of Laws):

1. Kindly fill out the Google Form for pre-admission: Link here
2. Wait for the confirmation of your pre-admission from the College of Law and the procedure for admission and submission of requirements.

Requirements:

1. Transcript of Records
2. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
3. Diploma (CTC)
4. Certificate of Graduation or Special Order (CTC)
5. PSA Live Birth
6. Good Moral Certificate
7. Pay the amount of P5, 000.00 (Admission fee=P1,000.00 nonrefundable and Enrolment downpayment=P4, 000.00) Note: The amount paid assures the applicant of admission and enrolment.

For Foreign Students:

1. Foreign Students Checklist of Requirements (USA-ASP-F03) – Attachment here

TRANSFEREES

For Senior High School, Tertiary & Graduate School Program:

2. Wait for the acceptance of application and procedure for admission and submission of requirements.

For Tertiary (All Programs) & Senior High School: 

Requirements:
1.   Report Card
2.   PSA Birth Certificate
3.   Certificate of Good Moral Character
4.   Admission and Down payment receipt (Php 5, 000.00)
5. Letter of Intent

For Graduate Studies (CLASE, COC, CPMT):

1.   TOR (Photocopy)
2.   PSA Birth Certificate
3.   Certificate of Good Moral Character
4.   Admission and Down payment receipt (Php 5,000.00)
5. Letter of Intent

For Juris Doctor:

1. Kindly fill out the Google Form for application: Link here
2. Wait for the acceptance of application and procedure for admission and submission of requirements.

Requirements:

1.   TOR (Photocopy)
2.   PSA Birth Certificate
3.   Certificate of Good Moral Character
4.   Admission and Down payment receipt (Php 5,000.00)
5. Diploma or Certificate of Graduation
