Iloilo City, Philippines — In an unprecedented feat, three exceptional alumni from the Bachelor of Science in Biology (Microbiology Track), Department of Biology at the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Education (CLASE), University of San Agustin have achieved a remarkable milestone—a 100% passing rate in the recently concluded Registered Microbiologist examination administered by the Philippine Academy of Microbiology (PAM).
Maeryll Krisna A. Abastillas, Pamela B. Buro, and Sherra Jade Gangoso emerged as the first-ever trio to attain this prestigious distinction, solidifying their position among the country’s leading microbiological professionals. Their unwavering dedication to academic excellence and commitment to advancing the field of microbiology has paved the way for future generations of aspiring scientists.
