TO ALL INCOMING 3RD YEAR AND 4TH YEAR FIRST SEMESTER A.Y. 2024 – 2025
In view of the ASPO Letter-Internal No. 2-724-2, s.o. 2024 dated June 11, 2024 , the ASPO would like to inform all incoming 3rd year & 4th year that the PHOTO CAPTURING FOR RFID has been moved to August 12, 2024 until September 30, 2024. Make sure that you have secured your (RF) Registration Form.
Kindly Read the Guidelines & Procedures to proceed with your Photo Capturing.
A.Requirement:
1. PHYSICAL or HARD COPY of the Registration Form (RF) issued by the Registrar.
2. Student ID number.
3. Scanned QR Code and encoded details in Google Form.
B. Dress code and Guidelines in Capturing:
1. School Uniform must be worn during the Capturing.

All students mentioned above are hereby guided with the Policies and Guidelines in the Photo Capturing, Processing and Printing of Students’ RFID – AY 2024-2025. Kindly observe the schedule of PHOTO CAPTURING FOR RFID’s PER COLLEGE:
B. Requirement:

C. Dress code and Guidelines in Capturing:
➤ School Uniform must be worn during the Capturing.
NOT ALLOWED DURING CAPTURING:
❌ Piercings (for male students)
❌ Colored hair
❌ Earrings (for male students)
❌ Double earrings (for female students)
❌ Colored contact lens
❌ Mustache and/or beard
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
✅ If the student wears glasses, it must be removed during the capturing.
✅ Hair must be laid back on the shoulder.
✅ Female students are allowed to wear make-up but must only be limited to light foundation or powder.
✅ Failure to follow instructions will be advised to comply or will be excluded from the queue.
Direction:
Please read the instructions very carefully and follow them twice, ensuring that you check your details thoroughly. This will help prevent delays in photo capturing and ensure that your ID is processed and released at the earliest convenience. Any delays or issues arising from non-compliance with the instructions are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the efficient processing of your RFID.
