For two successive years, the Bachelor of Science in Interior Design program at the University of San Agustin has produced topnotchers in the professional licensure examination regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.
Last year, the program under the College of Technology produced nine Augustinian board passers in the July 2023 Licensure Examination for Interior Designers, with one of them being a topnotcher. Sherly Rose Maquiling Abalajen ranked 5th with a rating of 84.95%.
This year, five Augustinian takers passed the July 2024 Interior Designer Licensure Examination, with another topnotcher among them. Jerwin Seth C. Velete ranked 5th with a rating of 84.95% among the 119 total passers of the board examination.
This remarkable achievement underscores the program’s dedication to maintaining high standards in Augustinian education in the field of Interior Design.
