The University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO) announces the opening of the APPLICATION FOR GRANT-IN-AID SCHOLARSHIP (USA-GIAS) PROGRAM for 2ND SEMESTER AY 2024-2025

Schedule and Timeline of Activities

  1. Distribution of Application Form and Requirements
    Date: November 11- 23, 2024
    Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM
    Venue: ASPO

  2. Submission of Application with Complete Requirements
    Date: November 25, 2024 – December 7, 2024
    Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM
    Venue: ASPO
  3. Interview and Screening
    Date: December 12- 14, 2024
  4. Documentary Requirements
  • Photocopy of Latest Report Card for 1st Semester A.Y. 2024-2025 if not yet available submit the Report Card of previous semester or school year.
  • Photocopy of Live Birth (NSO/PSA)
  • Original Copy of the Certificate of Tax Exemption/ Income Tax Return of parents issued and stamped by the BIR
  • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (at least Roman Catholic Religion)
  • Original copy of Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest.
  • One piece 2×2 ID picture with white background
  • Accomplished Grant-in-Aid Scholarship Application Form (USA-ASP-F09)

E. Qualifications

  • First year and second year college from CLASE, COC & COT.
  • Shall pass the interview to be conducted by Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO).
  • With General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83% (2.4) during 1st semester AY 2024- 2025 if not yet available submit the Report Card of previous semester or school year.

NOTE:

  1. Students for CNND & CPMT are not eligible for the said scholarship program application.
  2. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
