Last Call to all students across all levels (Freshmen, Transferees, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Year) who have not yet obtained their RFID:
In view of the ASPO Letter-Internal No. 1-192-1, s.o. 2024, dated December 6, 2024, the ASPO would like to notify all students that the final RFID photo capturing will take place from December 16, 2024, to January 16, 2025.
A. Requirement:
1. PHYSICAL or HARD COPY of the Registration Form (RF) issued by the Registrar.
2. Scanned QR Code and encoded details in Google Form.
B. Dress code and Guidelines in Capturing:
1. School Uniform must be worn during the Capturing.
