Please be informed of the following advisory on the application for the USA- SHS VOUCHER PROGRAM (USA- VP) SUBSIDY FOR SY 2025-2026
A. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR USA- SHS VOUCHER (USA- VP) SUBSIDY APPLICATION:
- Graduates from Private Junior High School
• ESC Certificate issued by the Grade 10 Principal - Graduates from Private Junior High School (JHS) Non- ESC grantee
• Qualified Voucher Applicants (QVA) Certificate issued by the PEAC-NS - Graduates from Public Junior High School
• Photo copy of Report card with LRN issued by the Grade 10 Principal - Grade 12 Transferees from Private Junior High School
• VPB Transfer- out Certificate issued by previous school indicating that the grantee has Voucher Subsidy
B. SCHEDULE OF SUBMISSION
July 14, 2025 to October 15, 2025
Kindly be informed that the PEAC-VMS Portal will open on August 1, 2025 for the creation of Billing Statement (DO 030, s.o. 2025)
