The University of San Agustin (USA) continues to champion employee well-being through its Midyear Personnel Wellness Program, a dynamic initiative designed to foster a healthy work-life balance. In collaboration with the Physical Education program, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) organized a series of Zumba Fitness Sessions held this June, encouraging employees to stay active, relieve stress, and build camaraderie.


From June 3 to 26, 2025, faculty and staff enthusiastically participated in the invigorating Zumba sessions, reinforcing the university’s commitment to a holistic work environment. The program culminated in the Grand Performance of Wellness Program 2025 on July 2 at the USA Pavilion, where employees showcased their energy and teamwork in a vibrant celebration of health.
This initiative reflects USA’s dedication to employee wellness, recognizing that a balanced lifestyle enhances productivity, morale, and job satisfaction. By integrating physical activity into the work routine, the university empowers its workforce to prioritize self-care while maintaining professional excellence.
The culmination event featured a friendly competition, highlighting the unity and spirit of the university’s colleges and departments. The winners are as follows:

1st Runner-up: Non-Academic Personnel
2nd Runner-up: College of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Education
3rd Runner-up: College of Nursing and Nutrition and Dietetics
