Please be advised that the release of the Augustinian Yearbook 2022 will start on September 18, 2025.
Procedures for claiming:
Fill-out the Appointment Form on the link provided or scan the QR code below.

Proceed to the Yearbook Office at the Urdaneta Hall, Mezzanine Floor and present one valid ID upon claiming.
Please take note of the Claiming Schedule:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY (excluding HOLIDAYS)
9:30 A.M – 12:00 NN
1:30 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Representatives should bring an authorization letter and a photocopy of one (1) valid ID upon claiming the yearbook.
