ANNOUNCEMENT!

The University of San Agustin, through the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO), announces the opening of the APPLICATION FOR GRANT-IN-AID SCHOLARSHIP (USA-GIAS) PROGRAM for all 

1ST YEAR & 2ND YEAR STUDENTS, except Medical Courses students, for 2nd SEMESTER AY 2025-2026.

Note: Limited slots only.

Distribution and Submission of Application Form 

Date: November 18 – 22, 2025
Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
  8:30AM – 11:30AM (Satuday)
Venue: ASPO

Documentary Requirements

  1. Photocopy of Latest Report Card for 1st Semester A.Y. 2025-2026.
  2. Photocopy of Live Birth (NSO/PSA)
  3. Original Copy of the Certificate of Tax Exemption/ Income Tax Return of parents issued by the BIR
  4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (at least Catholic Religion)
  5. Original copy of Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest.
  6. One piece 2×2 ID picture with white background
  7. Accomplished Grant-in-Aid Scholarship Application Form (USA-ASP-F09)

Qualifications

  • First year of college from CLASE, COC & COT.
  • Shall pass the interview to be conducted by the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO).
  • With an average grade of at least 83% during her/ his Grade 12.
  • For continuing students of the University with an average grade of 2.4 or 83% during the previous semester.

NOTE:

  1. Students for CNND & CPMT are not eligible for the said scholarship program application.
  2. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
