HONORING THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF SIR JUNIEL F. DE LA RIARTE II

Last November 14, we remember a man whose presence shaped hearts, strengthened spirits, and inspired countless students. Sir Juniel F. De la Riarte II was more than a clinical instructor—he was a mentor, a guide, and a comforting light in the lives of those he taught and worked with.

Through his many roles—Clinical Instructor, Research Management Group Coordinator, Internationalization Affairs Coordinator, Special Class Adviser, Nightingales & SNAP Adviser, and former OR & DR Coordinator—he gave his time, his wisdom, and his unwavering heart to the community he loved.

Gamboa Hall feels different without him, yet every corner carries echoes of his laughter, every lesson reminds us of his dedication, and every student reflects the values he so passionately lived by.

During the solemn mass, necrological rites, and tribute, we were reminded not only of our grief but of the immense love and legacy he left behind. In every melody he played, every encouraging word, and every life he touched, Sir Juniel’s spirit continues to shine.

Though he may no longer stand beside us, his kindness, courage, and warmth remain alive in the people he inspired. We carry his memory forward—with gratitude, with love, and with the promise to honor the life he lived so beautifully.

✨ A life well-lived. A heart well-loved. A legacy that will forever guide us. ✨
