The College of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics (CNND) successfully defended their title to become the University Week Overall Champions, with the annual event held from February 18 to 21, 2026, under the theme “Tuklas Pinas: Discover the Philippines, Discover Unitas in USA”.
The College of Pharmacy and Medical Technology (CPMT) took home the Overall 2nd Runner Up award, while the College of Technology (COT) was named Overall 1st Runner Up.
From the very first day of competitions, CNND established their dominance, leading the standings and never relinquishing their top position as they excelled in every category they entered.
In the St. Augustine’s Cup Interdepartmental Debate, CNND was hailed as champion, with Ma. Kaisha Ann Barrios earning dual recognition as Best Speaker and Best Debater.
For the University’s Best Dance Crew competition, the college claimed the top spot along with awards for Best in Costume, Best in Choreography, and the People’s Choice Award.
In Mahibanda 2026: Battle of the Bands, CNND took first place and received honors for Best Lead Guitarist, Best Lead Vocalist, and Best Song Cover.
The college dominated Sine Agustino securing the championship title alongside accolades for Best Editing and Sound, Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Supporting Actor for Earl Lawrence Megs Blanco, and Best Director for Caster Troy Zaldivar.
In Sabor Agustino, CNND was crowned champion and recognized for Best Innovative Dish in Appetizer, Soup, and Dessert categories, plus the Lasang Pinoy award for Appetizer.
In Esports, CNND swept both featured games, taking first place in League of Legends: Wild Rift and Call of Duty: Mobile. The teams showcased exceptional teamwork and strategic play throughout the tournament, and dominated every match with precise coordination and sharp reflexes.
For Thank God It’s Fashion, the college was named 1st Runner Up for Best Fashion House. Their collection drew inspiration from Philippine heritage, blending traditional textiles with modern silhouettes that highlighted the richness of local craftsmanship.
In the Folk Dance Competition, CNND placed 2nd Runner Up, delivering a vibrant performance that showcased authentic regional dances with meticulous attention to detail in movements, costumes, and musical accompaniment, celebrating the diversity of Philippine folk traditions.
In the Mr. and Ms. USA 2026 pageant, CNND representatives were crowned Mr. and Ms. USA 2026. They also earned special awards for Mr. Photogenic and Best Advocacy. Among the minor awards, Mr. and Ms. CNND were recognized for Best in Production Number and Best in Philippine Textile. Individual honors went to Mr. CNND for Best in Formal Attire, while Ms. CNND earned awards for Best in Evening Gown and Best in Interview.
The University Week 2026 did not only highlight the exceptional talents of Augustinian students but also strengthened bonds through shared celebration of Philippine culture and university pride.
