The Office of the Registrar of the University of San Agustin (USA) recently visited Maasin National Comprehensive High School as part of the implementation of a three-year partnership aimed at promoting institutional development and capacity building. The visit focused on assessing the school’s needs to identify appropriate training programs, seminars, and other professional development activities that will benefit its administrators, faculty members, and staff.
The partnership is spearheaded by Dr. Rex L. Carton, whose vision for collaborative growth and educational excellence has strengthened the relationship between the University of San Agustin and Maasin National Comprehensive High School. Over the next three years, both institutions will work together to enhance school operations, records management, student services, and professional competencies.
During the visit, representatives from the USA Registrar’s Office met with school officials and personnel to discuss the school’s current needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The findings from the assessment will guide the implementation of relevant training and seminar programs throughout the duration of the partnership.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of the University of San Agustin and Maasin National Comprehensive High School to fostering quality education, continuous learning, and sustainable institutional development for the benefit of the school community.
