The Knights of Saint Augustine (KSA), the official altar server group of the University of San Agustin (USA), officially entered a new chapter during its solemn turnover ceremony, July 26, 2026, at the USA Formation Center, Mentrida Hall.
Ministering under the guidance of the University Chaplain, the event marked the formal transition of leadership from the outgoing leaders to the newly appointed officers for the academic year 2026-2027. Also present in the solemn affair was their new spiritual director, Rev. Fr. John Louis S. Ricamora, OSA.
The ceremony commenced with a reverent invocation of the Holy Spirit, followed by the singing of the Lupang Hinirang and the USA Hymn. The program highlights included: an address from the Outgoing KSA President, a Symbolic Handover, The Declaration, and a Blessing.
This sacred transition officially sets the ministry’s spiritual direction for the new academic year. With hearts dedicated to service, the brothers pray that our Lord Jesus Christ—through the intercession of our Mother of Consolation, Saint Augustine, and Saint Monica—will continuously bless and guide them as they fulfill their sacred mission at the altar.
