The University of San Agustin was delighted to welcome Sigma Rho–Cancer Chapter Alumni President Winefredo Maternal and Treasurer Rosenda Trespeses during their visit to the university on September 22, 2026, to continue their project for the restoration and adaptation of the Paseo de Sigma Rho (Tambayan) near Urdaneta Hall.
The project is part of their 50th Anniversary celebration, honoring five decades of service, fellowship, and community impact. More than restoring a physical space, it preserves a place filled with memories, friendships, and values formed during their years at San Agustin.
The University of San Agustin gratefully recognizes the generosity of Sigma Rho alumni from Iloilo, across the Philippines, and overseas—including Canada, the United States and Guam. Their continued support shows that the bond with their alma mater transcends distance and generations.
