The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), in collaboration with the University of San Agustin Student Government (USASG), conducted the Anti-Red Tape Authority Symposium and officially launched the ARTA Youth Movement on October 28, 2026, at the DG Conference Room of the University of San Agustin.
The symposium provided student participants with a deeper understanding of Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018. It highlighted the importance of streamlining government processes, promoting accountability, and ensuring efficient and accessible public service.
The event also marked the official launch of the ARTA Youth Movement, during which participating students took their oath of commitment as members. Through this initiative, they pledged to become advocates of transparency, accountability, and the elimination of red tape in government services.
The initiative provided an opportunity for students to recognize their role in promoting good governance and encouraging a culture of efficient, transparent, and accountable public service.
Through this collaboration, the University of San Agustin continues to encourage student participation in nation-building and the promotion of responsible citizenship, empowering young Augustinians to contribute to a more transparent and service-oriented society.
