To all enrolled FIRST YEAR COLLEGE STUDENTS First Semester AY 2023-2024:
The University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office(ASPO) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for ACADEMIC ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP.
For an organized and systematic application process, the following are strictly followed:
A. DISTRIBUTION OF APPLICATION SLIP
When: August 9-18, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Where: Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO)
B. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
- Photocopy of Grade 12- Report Card with COMPLETE GRADES;
- Original Certification issued by the Senior High School Principal indicating the total number of graduates of SY 2022-2023 and the General Weighted Average (GWA);
- Photocopy of Parents’ LATEST BIR Income Tax Return (ITR).
C. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
When: August 22, 2023- September 4, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Where: Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO)
D. QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS
Applicants are subject to take the qualifying examinations to be scheduled after the submission of documentary requirements and will be notified through email.
E. ANNOUNCEMENT OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
Qualified Applicants will be posted via the University of San Agustin’s Facebook Page and the Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) Bulletin Board.
F. AWARDING AND RANKING OF SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
Qualified applicants will be ranked according to the number of slots per College as approved by the Office of the University President (OTP).
