Please be advised that the PHOTO CAPTURING FOR RFID’s 3nd Batch will begin on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2023.
All students mentioned above are hereby guided with the Policies and Guidelines in the Photo Capturing, Processing and Printing of Students’ RFID – AY 2023-2024. Kindly observe the schedule of PHOTO CAPTURING FOR RFID’s PER DEPARTMENT:

B. Requirement: PHYSICAL or HARD COPY of the Original Registration Form (RF) issued by the Registrar’s Office with student ID number on it.
C. Dress code and Guidelines in Capturing: School Uniform must be worn during the capturing.
NOT ALLOWED DURING CAPTURING:
- Piercings (for male students)
- Colored hair
- Earrings (for male students)
- Double earrings (for female students)
- Colored contact lens
- Mustache and/or beard
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- If the student wears glasses, it must be removed during the capturing.
- Hair must be laid back on the shoulder.
- Female students are allowed to wear make-up but must only be limited to light foundation or powder.
