PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING :
- Photocopy of University ID (validated) or Any Government ID ( 3 copies- short bondpaper) with 3 specimen signature signed using BLUE BALLPEN.
FOR AUTHORIZED PERSON
- SPA( Special Power of Attorney)
- Photocopy of University ID (validated) or Any Government ID ( 3 copies- short bondpaper) with 3 specimen signature signed using BLUE BALLPEN
- Photocopied ID of Authorized person.
