ATTENTION TO ALL GRADE 11 LEARNERS & TRANSFEREES 1st SEM AY 2024-2025
APPLICATION FOR SHS VOUCHER SUBSIDY
The Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) would like to remind all enrolled Grade 11 learners, transferees and their parents to submit the following:
- Documentary Requirements for SHS- Voucher Subsidy:
- Graduates from Private School
- Photocopy of ESC Certificate issued by the Grade 10 Principal
- Graduate of Private Junior High School (JHS) Non-ESC Grantee
- Qualified Voucher Applicants (QVA) Certificate issued by PEAC-NS
- Graduates from Public School
- Photocopy of Report Card with LRN issued by the Grade 10 Principal
- Grade 12 Transferees from Private School
- VPB Transfer-Out Certificate issued by the previous school indicating the grantee has Voucher Subsidy
- Schedule of Submission
- September 30, 2024 – October 15, 2024
