In the recently released list of the World Top 100 Scientists 2022, three faculty members of the University of San Agustin were cited.
#11 Dr. Christopher Marlowe Caipang, a faculty member of the Department of Biology of the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education, ranked 11. His research areas include aquaculture, aquatic animal health, fish and shellfish immunology, diagnostics, and vaccinology.
#21 Dr. Relicardo Coloso, Academic Supervisor of the Chemistry Program of the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Education, ranked 21. His research areas include chemistry, biochemistry, and fish nutrition.
#46 Dr. Doralyn Dalisay, Academic Supervisor of the Biology Program and Director of the USA-Center for Chemical Biology and Biotechnology, ranked 46. Her research concentration is on drug discovery, microbial, plant and marine natural products, chemistry, and plant-microbe interactions.
The ranking of “Top 100” scientists is based on total h-index scores.
