The Augustinian Nightingales of the Nursing program won first place in the Battle of Nightingales: An Inter-school Nursing Quiz Bowl held at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City, last August 27, 2024.ย
The team members are composed of Martina Gabrielle C. Borres, Alysa S. Portal, and Lucille Alexandra B. Mijares, and their coach, Ruden Mae J. Tayo, RN.
For two consecutive years, the University of San Agustin Nursing program has shown its competence and consistency, advancing to the final rounds with a 4th place finish last year. This quiz bowl is organized by the Dr. Pabio O. Torre Memorial HospitalโMetro Pacific Health in Bacolod City, which only began last year.
