AUGUSTINIAN STUDENT LEADERS WIN TOSIA 2023

Mary Divine de Villaluna, a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service student, and Ram Angelie Valasote, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science student, both from the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education have been chosen as part of this year’s TOSIA- The Outstanding Students of Iloilo Awardees.

Both awardees are student leaders of the University– de Villaluna was the University’s Student Government President for A.Y. 2021-2022, and Valasote is the University’s Student Government President for A.Y. 2022-2023.

They had been chosen after a rigorous screening process of online bid screening, essay writing challenge, and interview rounds. TOSIA awardees should exemplify the four pillars of TOSIA: academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, and faith.
