Saludes, Associate Vice President for Research and Global Relations for winning the 2021 Best Mentor in Health Research under the Visayas Cluster – Mentors of Junior/Early Career Researchers category during the 15th Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Week held at Clark Marriot Hotel, Pampanga.
The health research community celebrates PNHRS Week every second week of August to highlight the role of research in national recovery and resiliency. This year’s theme is “Health Research: Responding to Challenges towards National Recovery and Resiliency”. This serves as a venue to gather different stakeholders to share their best practices and experiences in pursuit of healthier lives for Filipinos through health research and development. The event also showcases new emerging partnerships to address the country’s current challenges on health issues.
