In the bustling streets of Iloilo, 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 as a vibrant extension of self-expression and Ilonggo pride.  This year, we explore “𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙖𝙨 𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣.”
