TO ALL ENROLLED FIRST-YEAR TERTIARY STUDENTS, GRADE 11 LEARNERS, FIRST-YEAR JURIS DOCTOR (JD), FIRST YEAR GRADUATE SCHOOL, AND TRANSFEREES
FIRST SEMESTER AY 2023-2024
In accordance with Circular No. 03, s. 2023 dated August 22, 2023, issued by the Office of the Vice President for Augustinian Formation and Mission (VPAFM) on Grooming and Wearing of the prescribed COMPLETE School Uniform, please be informed that the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO) will be scheduling the PROCESSING AND PRINTING of STUDENT RFID for AY 2023-2024 starting SEPTEMBER 20, 2023.
While the Student RFIDs are in process, you are all hereby requested to visit the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO) for the issuance of CERTIFICATION OF OFFICIAL ID NUMBER to be presented to the Security Guards at the Entrance Gates of the University in lieu of the Printed Student ID.
KINDLY OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE OF ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION OF OFFICIAL ID NUMBER:
A. Schedule Per Colleges:
1. College of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics (CNND) – September 6-11, 2023
2. College of Pharmacy and Medical Technology (CPMT) – September 12-18, 2023
3. College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education (CLASE) and College of Technology (COT) – September 19-23, 2023
4. Senior High School (SHS), College of Law (COL) and College of Commerce (COC) – September 25-28, 2023
5. Graduate School and Transferees – September 29-30, 2023
B. Requirement:
Registration Form (RF) issued by the Registrar’s Office or Generated from Mastersoft.
