CNND holds 2nd Learner-Initiated Nursing Conference highlighting innovative and compassionate practice

The 2nd Learner-Initiated Nursing Conference filled the USA Auditorium on November 26, 2025, with ideas that moved, challenged, and inspired. It was a celebration of learning, leadership, and the heart of nursing; showcasing student voices, expert insights, and a shared commitment to advancing compassionate care. 

The program featured a rich lineup of plenary sessions led by distinguished speakers who tackled pressing issues in healthcare, innovations in nursing practice, and the evolving responsibilities of the modern nurse. From the keynote address to dynamic panel discussions, delegates were encouraged to explore fresh perspectives and engage in meaningful dialogue that strengthened both knowledge and advocacy. 

Culminating with open forums, recognitions, and heartfelt reflections from student leaders, the event highlighted the power of learner-driven initiatives in shaping the future of the nursing profession. The conference stood as a testament to the dedication of the University of San Agustin nursing students; proving that with passion, collaboration, and purpose, they can spark impactful conversations and lead with heart.
