The College of Nursing and Nutrition and Dietetics (CNND) took home the championship title once again at the Sabor Agustino, standing out among competing departments in a celebration of Filipino food and culture. With the theme “Iba’t-ibang Lasa, Iisang Diwa,” the competition showed how different flavors and ideas can come together as one.
CNND made a strong impression throughout the competition, earning several major awards. Their entry won Best Innovative Appetizer, Best Innovative Soup, and Best Innovative Dessert, showing both creativity and a clear understanding of Filipino flavors. The team also claimed the Pinoy Appetizer award, recognizing their strength in presenting traditional tastes.
These achievements were made possible through the skill, teamwork, and dedication of the Nutrition and Dietetics chefs: Krista Faith Sogo-an, Jerra Beb Pahilagao, Clint Jamer Bosque, Mary Gale Lachica, and Ina Margaret Jamerlan. With their Head Supervisor, Ma’am Bea Janine Ayupan, RND.
The victory marks another proud moment for CNND, proving that Augustinians continue to excel not only in academics but also in creativity and cultural appreciation.
