The Master in Business Administration (MBA) program is a two-year graduate program usually taken by lower- and mid-career professionals to advance their management or entrepreneurship careers. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude that will make them competent and qualified for middle-and higher-level management positions of modern business organizations. The program underscores on the current management techniques, functional areas, and relevant concepts in managerial accounting, economics, management science, finance, marketing, operations, human resource, strategy, policy, leadership, and practical applications. It does not only teach students about theories and applications of business concepts, processes, tools, and techniques but also teaches students about managerial tools and right decision-making processes in a business anchored on social accountability, good governance, and Augustinian teachings. MBA program requires students with degrees in any field of specialization other than business and with a minimum of 2 years work experience. After passing the comprehensive examination, the student may opt to take thesis o r n o n - t h e s i s strand
a. General Requirements: Form 137A/Transcript of Records, Certificate of Good Moral Character, PSA/Birth Certificate, and Four (4) copies, 2x2 pictures

Within 5 years after graduation, Master in Business Administration (MBA) graduates will:
1. Be business leaders and managers with leadership and problem-solving skills to design and implement strategies to improve overall organization results from a cross-functional and general management perspective taking into consideration the ethical and international issues of the business environment.
2. Drive entrepreneurship initiatives either on their own or within other organizations where they are employed.
3. Have competencies in problem analysis and resolution, team management, performance management, communication and interpersonal skills and project management.
4. Provide advancement of conceptual and practical knowledge in the field of business management to contribute to nation building while upholding ethical practices.
