The Educational Technology and e-Learning Support Services Office is dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning through the effective integration of technology. The office provides support for faculty, staff, and students by offering training, resources, and technical assistance related to educational learning tools and platforms.

As part of the Educational Technology and e-Learning Support Services (EdTecheSS),
The university uses NEO LMS, a modern learning management system that supports
digital teaching and learning. NEO LMS provides a central hub where faculty can design and deliver
courses, while students can easily access lessons, submit assignments, take quizzes, and track their
academic progress.
Through EdTecheSS, faculty, staff, and students receive training and technical support to maximize the
use of NEO LMS. This ensures that technology is effectively integrated into teaching and learning,
creating a dynamic, interactive, and accessible digital classroom experience for the academic
