ATTENTION TO ALL GRADE 11 AND GRADE 12 VOUCHER PROGRAM BENEFICIARY (VPB’s)
SY 2023-2024
The Department of Education (DepEd) through the Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) has approved the request for reopening of Senior High School (SHS) Extension of Billing for Voucher Subsidy SY 2023- 2024:
Kindly comply the following:
- Documentary Requirements for SHS- Voucher Subsidy:
- Graduates from Private School (SY 2022- 2023)
- Photocopy of ESC Certificate issued by the Grade 10 Principal
- Graduate of Private Junior High School (JHS) Non-ESC Grantee (SY 2022- 2023)
- Qualified Voucher Applicants (QVA) Certificate issued by PEAC-NS
- Graduates from Public School (SY 2022- 2023)
- Photocopy of Report Card with LRN issued by the Grade 10 Principal
- Grade 12 Transferees from Private School
- VPB Transfer-Out Certificate issued by the previous school indicating the grantee has availed the Voucher Subsidy SY 2022- 2023
- Schedule of Submission
- October 29, 2024 – November 7, 2024
- Submit personally to ASPO Office
Time: 8:00AM – 11:30AM
2:00PM – 4:30PM
