The Augustinian community congratulates Ms. Hyacinth Bangero for being one of the outstanding Filipino students and scholars for the 2022-2023 Fulbright-CHED Ph.D. Scholarship Program!
Ms. Bangero is an Assistant Professor in the AB Communication program of the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education, and the Assistant Director of the Philanthropic, External and Alumni Relations of the University. In the next three years, she will be pursuing a Ph.D. in Media and Communication at the Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Through this scholarship program, she is hopeful that she can help improve the country’s communication education curriculum, especially in terms of emerging and digital media.
