Important Announcement for Library Patrons (FLD Learning Commons Space Reservations)

Dear Valued Library Patrons,

We would like to inform you of a significant change regarding access to The Learning Commons on the 4th and 5th floors, effective September 25, 2023 (Monday).

Starting September 25, 2023, Monday, The Learning Commons 4th and 5th floors will only be accessible to patrons who have made prior reservations.

To ensure a fair and efficient use of these spaces, we will strictly enforce this policy. Please note that no entry will be permitted without a valid booking reference. This measure has been put in place to provide a more organized and comfortable environment for all library users.

Please take note of the following important details:

  • Access to the Learning Commons will only be granted to students, faculty and staff with active records in the library.
    To access The Learning Commons on the 4th and 5th floors, you must have a confirmed booking reference. Walk-in access will not be permitted.

  • Space reservations are quick and simple! You can make reservations through these links or by scanning the QR codes below:
