To all enrolled GRADE 11 LEARNERS (First Semester AY 2023-2024) :
The University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) is pleased to announce the opening of application for ACADEMIC ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP FOR FIRST SEMESTER ONLY.
For an organize and systematic application process, the following are strictly followed:
A. DISTRIBUTION OF APPLICATION SLIP
When: August 26-September 8, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
NOTE: Saturday is until 12:00NN only
Where: Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO)
B. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
1. Photocopy of Grade 10- Report Card with COMPLETE GRADES;
2. Original Certification issued by the Junior High School Principal indicating the total number of graduates of SY 2022-2023 and the General Weighted Average (GWA);
3. Photocopy of Parents’ LATEST BIR Income Tax Return (ITR).
C. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
When: September 11-23, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
NOTE: Saturday is until 12:00NN only

D. QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS
Applicants are subject to take the qualifying examinations to be scheduled after the submission of documentary requirements and will be notified through email.
E. ANNOUNCEMENT OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS
Qualified Applicants will be posted via the University of San Agustin FB Page and the Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) Bulletin Board.
F. AWARDING AND RANKING OF SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
Qualified applicants will be ranked according to the number of slots per Strand.
A GENTLE REMINDER THAT THIS SCHOLARSHIP GRANT IS GOOD FOR FIRST SEMESTER AY 2023-2024.
