UNIVERSITY OF SAN AGUSTIN GRANT-IN-AID SCHOLARSHIP (USAGIAS0 PROGRAM for first-year and second-year only, 2nd Semester, AY 2023-2024.

B. Documentary Requirements
1. Photocopy of Report Card for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024.
2. Photocopy of Live Birth (NSO/PSA)
3. Original Copy of the Certificate of Tax Exemption/Income Tax Return of parents issued by the BIR
4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (at least Catholic Religion)
5. Original copy of Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest
6. One piece 2×2 ID picture with white background
7. Accomplished Grant-in-Aid Scholarship Application

C. Qualification
– First year and Second year college from CLASE, COC & COT.
– Shall pass the interview to be conducted by Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO).
NOTE: Students for CNND & CPMT are not eligible for the said application.
