The University of San Agustin (USA), through its Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO), strengthened its partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Iloilo City through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the implementation of the Job Placement Officer (JPO) Program.
The partnership seeks to provide USA students and graduates with greater access to employment opportunities, job matching, career guidance, and other employment facilitation services. Through ASPO’s placement function, the initiative will further support students and graduates as they transition from academic preparation to the workplace.
Under the JPO Program, USA and PESO Iloilo City will collaborate in facilitating employment-related services and connecting students and graduates with relevant career and employment opportunities.
The partnership complements the University’s commitment to supporting Augustinians throughout their educational journey—from admission and scholarship opportunities to career preparation and employment. Through ASPO, USA continues to provide services that help students and graduates prepare for and navigate their transition into the world of work.
Through this collaboration, the University and PESO Iloilo City reaffirm their shared commitment to strengthening employment facilitation and creating meaningful career pathways for USA students and graduates.
