Please be advised that the PHOTO CAPTURING FOR RFID will start on May 13, 2025 and ends on July 31, 2025. Make sure that you have secured your Certificate of Admission with a Student ID number. Scan the QR Code provided, click (Skip Advertisement) then fill-out your details and submit. Once done, proceed to ASPO for Photo Capturing
Time: Monday -Friday: 8:00 am – 11:30 am, 1:30 pm – 4:40 pm | Saturday: 8:00 am – 11:30 am Only

A. Requirement:
- Scanned QR Code & Pre-registered at the Google form.
- PHYSICAL or HARD COPY of the Original Certificate of Admission (COA) issued by the Mastersoft System.
B. Dress code and Guidelines in Capturing:
NOT ALLOWED DURING CAPTURING:
- Piercings (for male students)
- Colored hair
- Earrings (for male students)
- Double earrings (for female students)
- Colored contact lens
- Mustache and/or beard
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- If the student wears glasses, it must be removed during the capturing.
- The student may bring the upper uniform for capturing, if not available, a uniform will be edited on the student’s photo.
- Hair must be laid back on the shoulder.
- Female students are allowed to wear make-up but must only be limited to light foundation or powder.
