PNP Regional Special Training Unit 6 Visits USA College of Criminal Justice for Benchmarking Activity

The College of Criminal Justice of University of San Agustin welcomed the Philippine National Police – Regional Special Training Unit 6, led by PLTCOL Darwin D. Valderas, for a benchmarking activity held on March 24, 2026, with the full support of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Regina Aileen May Vergara.

During the visit, the USA College of Criminal Justice, together with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, engaged in meaningful discussions with the PNP training unit, focusing on the exchange of best practices in criminology education and law enforcement training. Key areas highlighted included curriculum alignment with CHED standards, teaching and learning methodologies, student development programs, and quality assurance mechanisms.

This initiative underscores the University’s commitment to academic excellence through collaboration with industry partners. It further reinforces its dedication to outcomes-based education and the formation of competent, ethical, and service-oriented criminology professionals.
