Recent Trends in Special Needs and Inclusive Education for Nursing and Nutrition-Dietetics Education

On June 29, 2026, the College of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics (CNND) of the University of San Agustin (USA), in partnership with the USA Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (USARDFI), successfully hosted a seminar titled “Recent Trends in Special Needs and Inclusive Education in Nursing and Nutrition and Dietetics Education.” The event, held at the Sta. Monica Ward in Gamboa Hall, brought together educators, students, and healthcare practitioners eager to bridge the gap in special needs and inclusive education.
The keynote speaker for the event was Felinor Naira Villa, LPT, MEd, the Executive Director of USARDFI. Villa delivered an insightful lecture and engaging workshop highlighting the evolving landscapes of teaching and practicing nursing and nutrition-dietetics in today’s world.
