SHS EXTENSION OF BILLING ANNOUNCEMENT

ANNOUNCEMENT!

TO ALL GRADE 11 AND GRADE 12 VOUCHER PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES SY 2021-2022, SY 2022-2023, and SY 2023-2024

The Department of Education (DepEd) has approved the request for reopening of the SHS Extension of Billing in the VMS Portal dated July 17, 2024.

The following School Years has been approved for the Extension of Billing

1. SY 2021-2022
2. SY 2022-2023
3. SY 2023-2024

May we request to all Voucher Subsidy Grantees to please submit your Documentary Requirements stated below:

1. Submission of Documentary Requirements for SHS- Voucher Subsidy:

1. Graduates from Private School
2. ESC Certificate issued by the Grade 10 Principal
3. Graduate of Private Junior High School (JHS) Non- ESC grantee
4. Qualified Voucher Applicants (QVA) Certificate issued by the PEAC-NS
5. Graduates from Public School (for SY 2023-2024 only)
6. Photo copy of Report card with LRN issued by the Grade 10 Principal
7. Grade 12 Transferees from Private School
8. VPB Transfer- out Certificate issued by previous school indicating that the grantee has Voucher Subsidy
