The opening of the SECOND BATCH of Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES)
for FY 2023.
A. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Incoming 2nd and 3rd year college Grant-In-Aid Scholars and Regular students;
2. Must have no failing grades in all subjects during the 2nd semester AY 2022-
2023;
3. Age must be from 18-25 YEARS OLD only.
B. SCHEDULE AND TIMELINE
1. Pre-enlistment period- June 15-16, 2023
Time: 2:00PM-4:30PM
Venue: Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO)
2. Submission of requirements – June 19-23, 2023
Time: 2:00PM-4:30PM
Venue: Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO)
3. Screening, evaluation and approval of documents – June 26-27, 2023
4. Submission of documents to DOLE – RO VI – June 29, 2023
C. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
List of requirements will be given during the pre-enlistment period.
D. COVERAGE
30 days of work to be assigned at the different University offices.
E. DEPLOYMENT
July 3, 2023
