Two Augustinian graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology program top the August 2024 licensure examination for psychometricians.
Lourcynth Jade Amboy Pineda ranked 4th with a rating of 86.60%, while Augustinian Samuel Adrian Apelo Medina placed 10th with a rating of 85.40%.
Out of the 59 examinees, 46 passed the licensure examination, achieving an overall passing rate of 77.97%. For the first-time takers, 45 out of 54 successfully passed, resulting in a passing rate of 83.33%.
The University of San Agustin offers a Bachelor of Science in Psychology under the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Education. The program is PAASCU-accredited Level II.
As the Psychology Department marks its 50th anniversary since its founding in 1974, it is just as timely to celebrate this achievement at present.
