In a move to align its strategic vision with operational execution, the University of San Agustin (USA), through the Center for Strategic Management and Development, conducted its Balanced Scorecard Performance Presentations for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026. The all-day strategic review was held on December 16, 2025 (Tuesday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the 7th Floor of the College of Pharmacy and Medical Technology (CPMT) Building.
This pivotal activity convened all Unit Heads from the University’s Academic and Non-Academic Departments. The Balanced Scorecard framework served as the core component of the review, enabling a holistic assessment of institutional performance across major perspectives.
The presentations provided a platform for leaders to report on key performance indicators, assess progress towards the University’s strategic objectives, and foster collaborative discussions on continuous improvement and innovation. This disciplined approach ensured that the institution’s mission and long-term goals were actively translated into measurable actions and outcomes across all levels of operation.
The outcomes of this review will guide strategic planning and operational adjustments for the second semester, reinforcing the University’s trajectory toward its defined vision for growth and community impact.
VIVA SAN AGUSTIN!
