Iloilo City, September 22, 2023 – The University of San Agustin has successfully completed its 2nd Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015. The audit, conducted by SOCOTEC Certification International, resulted in a resounding recommendation for the university’s continued certification. This achievement reinforces the university’s commitment to providing quality education while maintaining international standards.
Led by Mr. Jose Emmanuel Thomas Diel as the Team Leader and supported by Mr. Michael Jordel Matundan as the Support Auditor, the two-day face-to-face audit took place on September 21 & 22, 2023. The auditors meticulously examined the university’s academic and support units to assess their adherence to the rigorous ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring that the university’s commitment to excellence is upheld at every level.
Fr. Frederick C. Comendador, OSA, the University President, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the representatives of the various academic units and support units for their unwavering dedication to delivering quality education.
