Please be informed that the Evaluation of faculty through the University of San Agustin Student Evaluation System (USES) will take place from May 4 – 24, 2025, specifically for Tertiary Level and Graduate School students.

ACCESSING THE EVALUATION SYSTEM:
Check your email for a QR code or a direct link to the system.

EVALUATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow the dashboard prompts to evaluate all listed faculty members.

COMPLETION AND CLEARANCE:
– Print your dashboard after evaluation.
– Present it to your college/department for enrollment clearance.

CONCERNS:

– PAVILION: 3 units
– CPMT LOBBY: 5 units

CLASS TIME ALLOCATION:
Faculty should allocate 10-15 minutes for evaluations during class time.
